A website redesign to support neuro-diverse learners and their families
Rossbourne School required a website that better communicated who they are, and made it easier for families to understand the programs they offer. Highlighting the pathways and focussing on the information families with neuro-diverse learners seek when considering a school and community.
Challenges
The original navigation structure was difficult to follow, which made essential pages hard to locate. Key messages about the school’s approach to supporting neuro-diverse students were not highlighted, and the overall design no longer reflected the modern, personalised nature of the Rossbourne experience.
Outcomes
We delivered a refreshed website built around clarity, accessibility and ease of use. The new navigation simplifies the journey for parents researching the school, with prominent call-to-actions and improved page structure to support quick scanning. Updated visuals and layout give Rossbourne a more welcoming and contemporary presence that better represents their focus on personalised education for neuro-diverse learners.
The redesign gives Rossbourne a confident, supportive digital presence that aligns with the experience they provide on campus.
